Very good. In one academic year I had to make 12 timetables for different reasons. I was instructed to do all of them as soon as possible, and thanks to this software I fulfilled the expectations of my bosses.
I have been using it for many years and everything has been very good, it has been improving over the years, the problem we are currently facing is that we have reached the limit of classrooms and we need more, our institution is big.
My school is small (7 teachers) and therefore I don't have a subscription (as it doesn't count as a resource), but they help me a lot in whatever way they can, as they adapt to my needs. It really is an excellent program, the best I've tried.
So far, it has been wonderful.
It is exteremly helpful.

Versatile, efficient and elegant. In my school they used another software, but I decided to continue using Peñalara because it is more flexible, simple and efficient. And here we continue.

I find the software very intuitive in general terms. I like it.
More than 70 groups, more than 140 teachers, more than 80 classrooms, morning and afternoon teachers, vocational training (FPBásica, FP GM, FP GS), secondary education and Baccalaureate. The level of satisfaction is very high with the elective subjects, split courses, advisory, etc.
The latest version is much more powerful and does the job faster.
I think it is very intuitive and easy to use.
It was the first time I used it and I found it very easy to use.

The software is very powerful, it finds solutions, when there are solutions, quickly. You can do a lot of things with it. And the support is very responsive.

Honestly, the Peñalara GHC scheduling software is awesome. Almost all the possibilities that you can think of to create groupings, splitting, supervisions, teachers' shifts, etc. are included. It would be impossible to do all that without a software like this.
I think it's a very comprehensive and powerful timetable programme. We asked it to meet 3080 conditions and it produced a timetable that met all or almost all of them.

It is a very good and easy to use software. It seems to me that it solves everything that you can ask. The only thing I would ask is to improve the way in which the teachers' timetables are displayed when they have supervisions. You know that they are on call, but you can't see the day, the entire timetable is in grey. Some years ago it was known because on that day the strip was in a stronger black. In the timetable, the part of the day when they are on call is highlighted in a different colour, so you can see it.
We find it a very useful tool, which exceeds those we have been using before.

The software is helpfull to me but I am looking for a good tutorial.
This is an excellent programme. The engine is powerful and meets all of our needs. It is a reliable system and fairly intuitive to use. I would happily recommend this to anyone needing a timetable software.
