You can then enter one of the following two pieces of information:

• The username for your credentials (in the format UX-12345).
• The email address registered for your school.

If the information you enter, either one or the other, exists in our system, you will receive a message at the registered email address allowing you to change your password.

Once your password has been reset, you can use it, along with your username, to log in or activate GHC.
