Planning Tool features:

· It is now possible to define two time frame schedules with different beginning and ending periods that can be assigned to any students groups. The interferences are controlled by the schedules generator.

· A new list of tasks has been added that allows you to assign a type of task to each one of the different teaching sessions, meetings, guards and complementary sessions.

· A new list of complementary sessions has been added that allows you to calculate (jointly with the rest of the teaching schedule) meetings and guard duties of the teaching staff. . It also calculates other types of extraneous periods, like attention to parents period, etc.

· It now allows for data import and export from the WinSec program of the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

· Search for the IES2000 server to facilitate import and export with this program.

Engine Tool features:

· Improved elimination and balancing of the possible free periods in the schedules of the groups of students.

· Allows user to specify certain types of warnings such as avoiding unbalanced professor schedules, free periods in groups schedules, etc.)

Edit tool features:
